A very easy and scrumptious lasagne.

Ingredients
One large brown onion diced
600g of mince meat
1 teaspoon of beef stock
500g Raguletto's Bolognese Sauce
140g Leggo's tomato paste
Dash of Tabasco
Oregano
Basil
Pepper
Lasagne sheets
500g Mozzarella cheese (this replaces the bechamel sauce)
Method
1. Fry diced onion till glassy. Add meat and cook till brown, whilst adding beef stock.
2. Heat large pot and transfer contents of fry pan into pot and maintain a medium heat.
Add entire Leggo's Tomato Paste, using water to extract any remaining contents.
3. Add in 400-450g of Raguletto's Bolognese sauce. Keep remainder for adding in later.
Add in tabasco, oregano, basil and pepper to your liking. Stir thoroughly combining all ingredients.Turn heat to a simmer and add lid to pot.
4. Stir every 5mins for an hour, adding water if necessary.
5. Take a lasagne dish, apply non-stick spray. Add a thin layer of the meat sauce, one layer of lasagne sheets. Using back of your hands expel as much air out of the lasagne. Add beef, cheese and lasagne (repeat expel air). Repeat on more time. Add about 200mls of water to the remaining Raguletto's Sauce, together with basil and oregano. Shake until all mixed and pour over the lasagne. Then cover with some more cheese.
6. Pre heat oven to 180oc. Place lasagne in an oven on a high fan for 30-45mins.
7. Take out of the oven, let cool and serve. Serves 6
